Praixis Labs ("Praixis Labs," "we," "us," or "our") operates praixislabs.com and the AI-powered services offered through it, including the Aria messaging assistant delivered over the WhatsApp Business Platform (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Contact details you provide. Name, email address, phone number, company, and any information you submit through forms on praixislabs.com or when scheduling a call.
WhatsApp messaging data. When you message Aria, Meta Platforms, Inc. transmits your WhatsApp phone number, WhatsApp profile name, message contents (text, media, and metadata), and message timestamps to our servers via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Conversation context. To provide coherent responses, we store recent message history associated with your WhatsApp identifier.
Technical and log data. IP address, user agent, request timestamps, and error logs generated when you use the Services.

2. How we use information

To deliver, operate, and improve the Services.
To respond to messages you send to Aria and to provide the automation, scheduling, and information-retrieval features you request.
To respond to inquiries submitted through forms on praixislabs.com.
To monitor for abuse, debug issues, and maintain the security and reliability of the Services.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use WhatsApp message content for advertising.

3. Service providers and sharing

We share information only with the third-party processors needed to operate the Services:

Meta Platforms, Inc. — delivers messages between you and Aria via the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Anthropic, PBC. — provides the large language model that generates Aria's responses. Message content is sent to Anthropic to produce a reply. Anthropic does not use this data to train its models.
Vercel Inc. — hosts praixislabs.com and the application infrastructure that runs Aria.
Supabase, Inc. — provides the database that stores conversation context and operational records.

We may also disclose information to comply with applicable law, lawful requests from authorities, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Praixis Labs, our users, or others.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and for a reasonable period afterward for audit, security, and legal-compliance purposes. Conversation context is retained for ongoing dialogue continuity and may be deleted at your request.

5. Your choices and rights

Stop messaging. You can stop messaging Aria at any time, or block the WhatsApp number from your device.
Access and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below.
Regional rights. Depending on your jurisdiction (for example, the EEA, UK, or California), you may have additional rights, including objection to processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including transport-layer encryption, access controls, and managed cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International transfers

Praixis Labs is based in the United States. The processors listed above may store and process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on praixislabs.com.
